1. The Short Version
Some links may earn BellyClock a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We use affiliate links instead of ad networks, and we do not sell your data or use your fasting, health, journal, or spiritual data for advertising.
2. No Third-Party Ads
BellyClock is designed to feel calm and focused. We do not show third-party banner ads, run ad networks, or place advertising cookies for cross-site tracking.
Affiliate links are different from ads: they are links we choose to include in our own content or product experience when we think a product, service, resource, or tool may be relevant.
3. How Affiliate Links Work
When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the merchant or affiliate platform may pay BellyClock a commission. Your price is not increased because you used our link.
Affiliate commissions help support BellyClock development, hosting, support, and free features.
4. Independence
We do not accept payment for positive reviews, and we do not recommend something only because it pays a commission. If we include an affiliate link, it should fit the context of fasting, wellness, hydration, nutrition, productivity, spiritual routine support, or the BellyClock user experience.
5. Where Links May Appear
- Blog posts, guides, and educational content.
- In-app resources, recommendations, or optional content cards.
- Emails or support materials, where appropriate.
We try to label affiliate links clearly. When a link is not labeled, you should assume outbound commerce links may be affiliate links.
6. Data and Attribution
Affiliate partners may receive technical information needed to attribute a click or purchase, such as referral identifiers, timestamps, device/browser information, and purchase confirmation.
We do not give affiliate partners your fasting logs, journal entries, health metrics, prayer settings, spiritual observances, or account notes for ad targeting.
7. App Store and Web Payments
Affiliate links do not change how BellyClock subscriptions are billed. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and web/direct purchases are handled by Dodo Payments.
