1. The Short Version
Apple and Google control refunds for in-app purchases. For eligible web or direct purchases processed by Dodo Payments, contact us within 30 days of purchase unless a different refund window was shown at checkout.
2. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased BellyClock through the iOS app, Apple processes the payment and controls refund decisions. We cannot issue Apple refunds directly.
Request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased BellyClock through the Android app, Google Play processes the payment and controls refund decisions. We cannot override Google Play refund rules.
Request a Google Play refund through your Google Play order history or the refund tools provided by Google.
4. Web or Direct Purchases
Web and direct purchases are processed by Dodo Payments. For eligible purchases, email us within 30 days of the original transaction date unless a different refund period was displayed at checkout.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment method.
- We may ask for your Dodo receipt, order ID, account email, and a short description of the issue.
5. Cancellations
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current period unless a refund is required by law, approved by the app store, or approved under this policy.
- Cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Cancel Google Play subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings.
- Cancel web subscriptions through the account portal or by contacting support.
6. When Refunds May Be Denied
Where allowed by law and platform rules, refunds may be denied for:
- Requests outside the applicable refund window.
- Repeated refund abuse or chargeback abuse.
- Accounts terminated for serious violations of our Terms of Service.
- Free-plan usage or promotional access where no payment was collected.

Email support@bellyclock.com with your account email, purchase platform, receipt or order ID, and a short explanation. We will route you to the correct refund process.
